organization dedicated to preserving the rich history and heritage of Itawamba County, Mississippi. The society operates the George Poteet History Center, the Gaither Spradling Library and Historic Bonds House Museum. This grass-roots organization also publishes Itawamba Settlers Magazine, a quarterly publication containing approximately 40 pages devoted to Itawamba County history and genealogy.
