As people who are seeking to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, we believe that we are called to live out our lives following the two great commandments. The second is the biblical call to love our neighbor. Believers fulfill this commandment in the way we live with and treat people. As the Body of Christ we organize our outreach and evangelical efforts into what we call Missions.

Horne Memorial UMC takes Missions seriously. We believe that every believer is called by God to be engaged in at least one particular mission. Horne offers a number of ways to be directly involved in missions since we are supportive of so many. The menu to the left will take you to some of the missions we are involved with as a congregation.
