Holliston Sportsmen's Association

137 Bullard Street
508-429-5407

The Holliston Sportsmen's Association was founded in 1939 as a non-profit corporation. The purpose of the organization as stated in our charter is "To promote legitimate sport with rod and gun, and bow and arrow". In the early years meetings were held in the Holliston Town Hall. In the late 1940's land was acquired on Bullard Street in Holliston, and shooting ranges were established. Our clubhouse was built in 1953. Our trout pond was constructed in the early 1960's.

Today we continue to promote activities consistent with our original purpose. We provide facilities for and training in the safe use of firearms, an archery range, and a stocked trout pond. Competitive shooting events are staged throughout the year. Annual events open to the public include the youngster's Trout Derby, a Clambake, and a Fish & Game Dinner. The membership meets on the first Wednesday of each month to conduct club business. The Board of Directors meet on the last Wednesday of each month.

The Association is looking forward to the challenge of maintaining the traditions of the past while moving forward into the new millennium. We are seeking new members to help us meet these challenges. If you have an interest in hunting, fishing, shooting, or any of the outdoor sports we would encourage you to consider becoming a member of the Holliston Sportsmen's Association.
