Welcome to the Highland County Community Action Web Site. The organization provides numerous services in a wide variety of areas to help the residents of Highland County. Some programs are offered only specific times of the year. Others come and go.

Our staff are dedicated to helping the residents of our county in whatever way we can as long as it is within the guidelines of our funders.

During these difficult economic times, many people may have to turn to our organization for assistance for the very first time. We have been helping other county residents, neighbors and family members for over 40 years now let us help you.
