Heritage Acres Farm

2425 Wagon Road
620-857-4275

Our typical CSA full-share will contain enough vegetables/fruit in season to feed a family of 4-6 for one week and 2-3 people on a half share. Included in the share will be vegetables that are in season such as lettuces, radishes, peppers, onions, potatoes, melons, asparagus, strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli, green onions, beets etc. We also occasionally include jams or jellies, homemade bread, fresh eggs and can add our fresh cheese if ordered ahead of time. WE WILL BE ADDING A MARKET SHARE program in the spring of 2011 for our customers who would prefer to pick out their own produce/breads/etc from the farmers market each week.

We are a CNG farm that markets locally from the farm & two farmers' markets, a CSA & various retail establishments. We raise several varieties of heirloom tomatoes along with squashes, heritage beans, lettuces, peppers, melons & more. We are currently in the process of expanding our garden to be able to provide a greater variety. In the fall, we harvest and sell pecans from our farm. Fresh artisan breads, jams, jellies and other canned goods are sold year round from our on-farm state certified food processing facility. Our first high tunnel is up and this spring we'll begin growing raspberries & blackberries for retail/wholesale marketing. We have a greenhouse and also have plans for 2-3 smaller greenhouses so that we have tomatoes, lettuces & other vegetables available on a year round basis.Heritage Acres Farm - Growing America's Future Naturally.
