Our members receive approximately 25lbs of fresh beef each month throughout our season. Each share includes steaks, roasts, bulk hamburger, hamburger patties, beef sausage, and beef bacon.

Heirloom Cattle (HCC) is a small native grass-fed and finished cattle ranch owned and run by the Peplow family. Our ranch management strategy depends on ecological restoration and resource conservation. We planted our pastures exclusively to native plant species that can tolerate lower inputs and flash or high intensity low frequency grazing.
