The mission of Hayneville Road Elementary School is to create a respectful, supportive, innovative, collaborative, and safe learning environment where instructional methods are incorporated to help students become competent and life long learners.

The role of the teacher is to create/design challenging and engaging work for students and to lead them into academic achievement.
