Welcome to Hawkins School - home of the Hawkins Hurricanes! We are a grade 1 - 5 elementary school with an enrollment of 520 students. Our strength is our parent, teacher and student cooperation. 99% of our parents come to conferences every year. We evaluate our curriculum and achievement levels on an ongoing basis.

Hawkins has some programming unique to the district. Students are exposed to an affective curriculum called "Peace Works". We have common "I Care Rules" and "Rules for Fighting Fair". We have also done building-wide publishing of books the last two years.
