Citizens for Central Park is hosting their 9th annual Harbor for the Arts Summer Festival Concerts Program. Throughout the summer, they will be presenting 12 free concerts on Saturday in Cape Charles Central Park. This is the largest summer outdoor concert program on Virginia's Eastern Shore!
