Happy Hollow Farm CSA is comprised of members young and old who choose to support the local Certified Organic agriculture. I as the farmer offer a certain number of shares or memberships. Interested consumers purchase a share and in return receive a box of seasonal local Certified Organic produce each week throughout the farming season. I will strive to offer 7-9 different items each week. Many weeks during the peak of the season there will be many more than 9 items. My goal as the farmer is to provide the members with a wide selection of the highest quality produce and the opportunity to create a larger community of people supporting local agriculture in Mid-Missouri.

Happy Hollow Farm will be offering it's second year of CSA subscriptions for the 2011 growing season. We are a Certified Organic vegetable farm, growing on just under 5 acres. Members pick up their shares once a week (Wed. or Sat.) in Columbia, MO between 4:30-6:30pm at a Member's house. I am happy to deliver to other nearby towns if there are enough members to pick up at those sites (Boonville, Jeff City, Lake of the Ozarks, etc.)
