Greenwich Reform Synagogue
The Greenwich Reform Synagogue on Stanwich Road in Greenwich, is also home to the Stanwich School. The synagogue offers worship services, religious education classes for children, Bar and Bat Mitzvah programs and a special faith-formation curriculum for high school students. A contemporary conversational Hebrew class is offered Sunday mornings. The GRS Social Action Committee is a group of members who coordinate a number of mission projects, both locally and abroad, including Call-A-Ride, the soup kitchen at New Covenant House of Hospitality, and the annual High Holiday Food Drive.
