The Goschenhoppen Historians - a dedicated group committed to preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of the Pennsylvania Germans in the Goschenhoppen region. Our focus is on the vibrant traditions, skilled trades, and unique culinary practices that flourished here in the 18th and 19th centuries.

We believe history is best experienced, not just observed.  At the Goschenhoppen Folk Festival, our guests and over 400 volunteers who bring history to life, are immersed in the sights, sounds, and smells of the past and develop a unique appreciation for the folklife of the region.

Events include monthly meetings at Red Men's Hall, The Goschenhoppen Folk Festival at the Henry Antes Plantation in early August, Goschenhoppen Christmas Market at Red Men's Hall in Green Lane.

Three Museums. The Country Store and Folklife Museums in Red Men's Hall. The Henry Antes House Museum in Perkiomenville.

Resources include our Library in Red Men's Hall, essays on Goschenhoppen.org, and over 20 videos on the Official Goschenhoppen YouTube channel.
