Mission Statement:

Fletcher Elementary will provide opportunities, encouragement and nurturing for all children.  We will develop and maintain a sense of family and unity in our ongoing effort to meet the needs of all our students. We recognize that it takes everyone: assistants, bus drivers, cafeteria personnel, custodians, secretaries, parents, administrative personnel, the business community as well as teachers to educate our children.  We believe all students can be learners, and we strive for excellence in all we do.
