Our shareholders should expect an assortment of vegetables, based on portions rather than weight. We stagger our plantings to be able to harvest a unique mix every week. Roma tomatoes one week, slicing tomatoes the next - or summer squash one week and baby zucchini the next .A share is based on 4 home cooked meals per week, plus some snacking. Enough for a family of 4, or 2 vegetarians. The seasonally available vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers are available for either pick-up or delivery once per week.

As a sustainable farm we naturally enrich our soil, employ crop rotation and use season extension practices. Solar energy powers our irrigation. Our products are naturally grown without the use of chemical or synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. A share is based on providing a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) or 2 vegetarians enough produce for 4 home cooked meals per week, plus some snacking.
