THE SCHAEFER FAMILY FARM HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1949.

We are an actual working farm in the heart of scenic Hunterdon County. Owned and Operated by the Schaefer Family, members of the farming community for four generations.

The farm stands offers milk, butter and cheese, and we also have candy, chips, snacks, jellies, jams, local honey and ice cream. We also carry a large assortment of Country Treasures and Seasonal decorations. Enjoy over 100 scents of soy blend candles from “Our Own Candle Company”.

Our farm stand is filled with our fall harvest. You will find Country Treasures and fall decorations. Our own Indian corn, gourds, kale, corn stalks and a wide variety of colorful mums take home some local apple cider and fresh baked pies.

Meet the new arrivals in the Petting Zoo, and watch the goats showing off on their “Trapeze” and feed the animals.

Summer and Fall are our most busy time of the year, where everyone can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, from our garden. We also harvest over 50 varieties of Heirloom and Hybrid Tomatoes. Our summer fresh produce includes such items as: peppers, eggplant, beans, peas, asparagus, cucumbers, zucchini and much more!

You will be able to enjoy our Home Grown Sweet Corn. “Jersey Corn” is usually still available from the 4th of July until the October frosts.
