Easy Yoke Gardens is a small CSA and market garden near Millville, Minn. For the 2011 season it will offer a weekly delivery (June to October) of a large variety of freshly picked, in-season vegetables and herbs. This is in exchange for a $400 pre-season investment in the operation.

After a wonderful first season, Daniel and Hannah Miller enter their second season with a lot of excitment. Newly married and now having a beautiful 30-acre farm, they are expecting an equally great second year together.

Daniel and Hannah have apprenticed with leading organic farmers Jack and Marge Warthesen of Many Hands Garden near Plainview and Steven and Joe Schwen of Oak Center, who together have a combined 70 years of farming with vegetables.
