The Easttown Police Department serves the township 24 hours a day preserving peace and order. The police department structure is a Chief of police who is assisted by a Lieutenant/Detective four Sergeants and eight Patrol Officers who meet the standards set by the Pennsylvania Law. The police station is located in the township building at 566 Beaumont Road in Devon. Base communications are provided by Chester County on a fee basis using the 911 telephone number. Anyone arrested or cited by the police for law violations appears before the District Justice.
