East Surry is located in downtown Pilot Mountain, approximately 40 minutes north of Winston-Salem.  We are a comprehensive high school with grades 9-12 and an enrollment of approximately 650 students.  East Surry High School is committed to providing a safe, caring, nurturing, and rigorous learning environment for all students to acquire skills necessary to become productive citizens in the 21^st century global society.
