Mission Statement

The East Side Church of Christ is a community of authentic disciples, being equipped and empowered as missionaries sent by God, to live and proclaim His Kingdom in our World.

Mark 1:15 “The time has come, and the kingdom of God has come near; repent, and believe the good news.”

Vision Statement

We envision our faith community becoming more welcoming to children and down-trodden folk who seek a safe place in which to grow in God’s love and in their own sense of nobility.

Luke 18:16 “Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs.”

Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring good news to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
