East Wind Gardens LLC established the certified organic garden at the Andrew Drumm Institute in Independence, Missouri to continue the agricultural legacy this foster care facility began 80 years ago. Today, we encourage the participation of the children in garden activities and 10% of our gross revenue goes towards support of the institute. We grow an extensive variety of vegetables, flowers and herbs on four acres of the original farm. Our desire is to offer customers fresh seasonal produce and the opportunity to experience how and where their food comes from.
