Mission:

 Downtown Lynn Neighborhood Association (DTLna) exists to explore the unique attractions of our community,  promote our neighborhood and to foster interaction between residents and businesses within Downtown Lynn and surrounding areas and also to provide a forum for discussion of neighborhood matters in order to promote the community, its activities and interests.

Furthermore, the association will strive to act as a voice representing the interests of the residents with respect to issues and activities affecting our neighborhood with our residents, other neighborhood groups and government.
