Vision Statement:

We are called by God to be a generous congregation that reaches out to individuals and families within and beyond the confines of Diamondhead. We have committed ourselves to live out this vision.

We are called to know God’s great love for us as we have experienced that love in Jesus Christ and been graced by his Spirit with gifts that we are called to use for him.

We are called to share joyfully in corporate and individual worship, undergirding our lives with prayer, and to discover, through our study of the Bible and of the history and doctrines of the church, the impetus for spiritual growth and loving commitment.

We are called to seek to live in God now as much as we desire to do so in life after death, being dedicated to reaching people who struggle with their faith and desiring to relate to people of all ages and human conditions.

We are called to strive to be a community of disciples of Jesus Christ, recognizing that each of us is called to serve God by living our faith and sharing the good news of the gospel within the church and the communities of which we are a part.

We are called to devote ourselves to live out the love Christ modeled for us by comforting each other in love, taking seriously our call to mission, and willingly serving those in need.

We are a welcoming Church and extend a sincere and loving invitation to all, to join with us in worship, in discipleship, in service and in fellowship as we attempt to discover our God-given gifts, equipping ourselves to use these gifts effectively in our lives and the lives of others.
