This arts & culture extravaganza will span multiple venues throughout the county, including Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort, Pine Knoll Shores, and Newport.  The event will feature indoor and outdoor activities during the day and night with a lineup of musicians, storytellers, scavenger hunts, dance groups, tours, artists & much more, Resolution Run and a children's Creation Fun Station! New Year's Eve night promises an exhilarating countdown to midnight complete with a "Crab Pot Drop", live music, and fireworks!  Special New Year's Day activities include the popular Penguin Plunge, a family sand sculpting contest, and a park ranger guided tour.
