Crossroads Church affirms that each confessing Christian is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, our sufficiency is from God (2 Corinthians 3:5) and apart from Christ we can do nothing. For this reason, we depend on prayer as vital to everything we do. We seek God’s direction in our decision-making, understanding that we need His help and direction every day. Every believer has a God-directed ministry to discover and the church’s role is to facilitate that ministry.
