About Us
Our slogan, "Your Point of Connection" is more than just a catchy phrase. We hope that it gives you insight into just who we are.
In 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 the apostle Paul speaks of Jesus’ act of reconciliation on Calvary’s cross and the reality that this is the message that we should proclaim. The message of the cross as God’s means of connecting lost humanity to himself is at the heart of CrossPoint Community Church. He has reached out to people of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicity's at CrossPoint and we desire to do the same!
Our Affiliation
CrossPoint is a community of believers in and followers of the Lord Jesus Christ: a regional church with a global vision! This is His church and His Body. He is the Head and we are led by His Holy Spirit. We are a Baptist congregation in the practice of our faith and are voluntarily affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention through its national, state and local agencies. This partnership gives us the integrity and stability that historically has come through Southern Baptist life. Additionally, should the situation warrant, we will partner with any agency that will help us to accomplish our Lord Jesus’ Great Commission as long as such an association does not bring shame and dishonor to our Lord, nor conflict with our fundamental statement of faith.
We want you to be a part of the blessings of God in the life of our church. We'll bring you updates often on just what's happening at CrossPoint Community Church and share the stories of how Christ is making a difference in people's lives.
