To present Christ in a contemporary, creative, credible and caring way to all people in an environment where people from the community can grow to their full potential in Christ.
The Cornerstone Family - Building A Dream that Will Endure
Cornerstone Baptist Church is a church with a vision. Merriam-Webster defines vision as " an unusual discernment or foresight." The writer of the book of Proverbs in Chapter 29 and Verse 18 states, "Where there is no vision, the people perish."
Our vision is to build a spiritually alive and dynamic church, one that will strengthen the home and the family - the very foundation of our society. We want worship and Bible study to be enjoyable and meaningful for all our members. Most importantly, we want to be a family who will offer love, patience, and encouragement to one another.
We feel that the vision that started Cornerstone is still very much alive and growing. We need only to "look at the field white unto harvest" to realize that now is the appropriate time to "Keep the Dream Alive."
