About Us

The Corn Hill Neighbors Association (CHNA), above all else, is a group of neighborhood volunteers who care about Corn Hill and the people who live here. We established the not-for-profit CHNA Corporation with certain bylaws, practices and procedures to provide effective support for our many community efforts. All Corn Hill property owners and adult residents are automatically members of CHNA.

The association is governed by a board of directors who meet monthly; individuals may request to speak at these meetings. General membership meetings are held at least six times a year; the public is invited. There are nine permanent standing committees; each led by a chairperson who sets the agenda and manages a budget. Ad-hoc committees are established as needed. The primary source of funding for CHNA activities comes from revenues of the annual Corn Hill Arts Festival. The office manager is the only paid position in the association.
