Our Mission
Build healthy small groups and kinships where people develop intimacy with God and one another.
Create an atmosphere where people are excited to participate in and bring others to their small group. Challenge and encourage people to become leaders in the Body of Christ.
Our Church History
Connecting Point Church began as a nondenominational church plant in September of 1997 with approximately 30 members. David Johnson, along with his wife Loretta, is the founding Senior Pastor.
For three years we were located at 51st Avenue & Thunderbird Road. We doubled in size during that time. We then met at Cactus High School until December of 2004.
God miraculously opened the doors for us to occupy our current facility. Presently, approximately 70-80 adults and children call Connecting Point Church their home.
At Connecting Point Church we want to make sure you are a member of The Family of God. Our church is far more insignificant compared to that important step. We do not believe that we are the only valuable church in this community. Instead, our heart is to acknowledge that we are just one of many churches that God is using to impact the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
