As a literacy-based convention, it is the goal of ComiCon-way to bring back and increase appreciation of the art, entertainment, and benefits of comics, graphic novels and gaming for literacy.  ComicCon-way strives to bring the focus back to the true origins of the comic industry by focusing on the writers, artist and creators of the literature.  While ComiCon-way will always have cosplay contests and an occasional media guest, our primary focus will always be the sources behind the characters.

The Faulkner County Library is a library that takes pride in service. It is our goal to offer our patrons opportunities through literacy and education that will encourage the use of imagination, creativity and intellectual freedom.
