Goals and Objectives

- Fiscal Year October 2003 to September 2004.

- Schedule ten (10) in-house training classes.

- Update in-car computer systems to include FCIC/NCIC and report downloading.

- Improve communication between Code Enforcement and Patrol.

- Improve day-to-day operations of Code Enforcement Division.

- Create a Family Day involving department personnel and their families.

- Complete the automation of the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) statistics.

- Require all Administrative supervisors spend 10% of their time in patrol car.

- Improve community awareness of victims' services offered by the Police Department.

- Complete job procedures manual for all administrative offices.

- Complete accreditation compliance files for 2003-2004.
