VISION STATEMENT

The Hallandale Beach Police Department will be a fully accredited, proactive police agency which is dedicated to the concept of community policing. We shall partner with our community and businesses to provide a safe, clean environment which will instill confidence in our citizens, thereby promoting growth and community advancement. We envision Hallandale Beach as a modern, cohesive community offering the highest quality of life and thereby everyone’s “City of Choice.”

It is the mission of the Hallandale Beach Police Department to devote its resources and personnel in order to be the “City of CHOICE” through:

Honor - To take pride in our history and profession as we endeavor to ensure the safety and security of our community.

Organization - We will promote and maintain partnerships with our Residents and business owners to successfully fight crime thereby enhancing the quality of life.

Integrity - To enforce and uphold the laws of the city and state In a fair and professional manner while preserving an individual’s constitutional rights.

Communication - Utilizing the concept of community policing, we shall create an open and mutually beneficial relationship with the public.

Excellence - This shall be the standard of performance and  professionalism we employ in our daily contacts with others.
