Running alongside farmers in need of information, support and advocacy, CITA services include labor needs assessment,  guaranteed approval of government petitions to recruit temporary guest workers (only in cases of domestic workforce shortages) and the safe, timely delivery of trained and productive agricultural laborers

Operating nationally in the United States and Mexico, CITA is the preferred agricultural recruitment system that employers, workers and governments can be proud of.

Information regarding the potential effects of immigration reform on currently employed agricultural workers is available, as are workforce consultations and inquiries, available without cost or obligation to interested farmers and farm workers.
