Celebration Church of Columbia was founded in 1973 as Long Reach Church of God. Prior to the first public service, Bishop Robert & Doris Davis led prayer and planning services in their home. They would go on to serve the congregation as Pastor and First Lady until December 2003. As a trailblazing leader, Pastor Bob’s pastoral ministry has impacted local, national and international communities. Many ministry initiatives taht were launched through the vision of bishop and sister Doris are thriving to this day. Though 30 years of Bishop’s Leadership

the fellowship experienced phenomenal spiritual, numerical, and physical growth. In 2004 after serving as Assistant Pastor for 15 years, Robert S. Davis Jr. (Robbie) was named Senior Pastor. Pastor Robbie’s visionary leadership, solid Bible teaching, and Celebration Church’s ongoing development of life lifting ministries are helping many people maximize their lives in Christ.
