Camp Kern Branch YMCA

5291 State Route 350
513-932-3756

It is the mission of YMCA Camp Kern to provide a safe, fun, magical, and educational experience for all guests and children that provides the opportunity for growth in character, mind, spirit, and body.

At YMCA Camp Kern, we build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through programs that teach the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Our character development focus describes how we operate as a YMCA.  We don’t just teach swimming, canoeing, climbing, horseback riding and more, we teach values through these programs.

Caring
To love others; to be sensitive to the well-being of others; to help others.

Honesty
To tell the truth; to be worthy of trust; to have integrity.

Respect
To treat others as you would have them treat you; to value the worth of every person, including yourself.

Responsibility
To do what you ought to do; to be accountable for your behavior and your obligations.

Character development is not a program, it is a focus for everything we do at YMCA Camp Kern and we hope to help make our kids, families and communities stronger because of it.

YMCA Camp Kern does not discriminate against any individual or family regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, or gender. Financial assistance is made available through the generosity of the United Way, Strong Kids Fund, Neediest Kids of All, and other gifts and donations. Please call camp for details.
