Bruno-Pyatt Public Schools

4754 Highway 125 South
870-427-5227

Established in 1974 with the consolidation of the Pyatt Pirates and the Bruno Aggies, the Bruno-Pyatt School was born and is home of the Patriots. With a consolidation in 2004, we became part of the Ozark Mountain School district along with our sister schools St. Joe and Western Grove.

We are proud to say we have the oldest FFA chapter (Bruno-Lincoln) west of the Mississippi.

Many of our teachers and staff members are past graduates from Bruno-Pyatt. They have chosen to come back to teach in their home town school because they are proud of our school and the vision we have for our students.

Our students are fortunate to have a small classroom setting, in which they are given more one on one time with the teachers, which increases learning for ALL students.

At Bruno-Pyatt students may participate in a number of extracurricular activities: Basketball, Baseball, Softball, FFA, FBLA, Interact, Golf, Track, Rapid Response Team. These are just a few of the wonderful opportunities open to our students.

The Keeter-Ragland Gymasium is named after former coaches Rick Keeter and Sid Ragland.

The Larry Gibby Field is named after former Superintendent Larry Gibby.

Our Library is named after former Librarian Janice Davis.
