The mission of Brittan Acres School is to create a thoughtful, caring community of lifelong learners which prepares students to be creative, productive and responsible citizens in the new millennium.

Our educational vision guides our commitment to the growth and learning of all children and adults. Brittan Acres School values uncompromisingly high expectations and standards of quality for all students, staff and parents. We strive to create a student-centered learning environment where learning is an active, continuous, and dynamic process. Since we believe learning is a function of the whole child, we challenge all children to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and ethically in a community in which their individual strengths and needs are honored. Children experience school by investigating, constructing, applying and demonstrating their knowledge with teachers, peers, and in their world beyond the classroom.
