Boulder County CareConnect (BCCC) is local, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization celebrating over 40 years of promoting the security, comfort, and independence of seniors and adults with disabilities. Hundreds of BCCC volunteers provide essential services including grocery shopping and delivery, assisted transportation to and from medical appointments, minor home repair, yard clean-up, and ice/snow removal in the winter.
