Pastor Kris is originally from Missoula, Montana. He spent much of his childhood moving from place to place. Little did he know God was preparing him for his future. At the age of 17, Pastor Kris gave his life wholeheartedly to the Lord. This began his ministry with a heart for God's people.

Not long after, Pastor Kris met his wife, Jamie, while they were both in Bible College (Master's Commission). They have been married since 1999 and have three beautiful daughters.

Over the course of ministry, Pastor Kris and Jamie have served the Lord across the United States from Montana to Tennessee to Michigan. They have served in the ministry for over 13 years as youth and associate pastors where God continued to be faithful in preparing them for their current appointment.

Pastor Kris and Jamie are now serving as Lead Pastors at Big Rapids Assembly of God. They have a tremendous heart for outreach as well as a vision for a family-centered place of worship fully led by the Holy Spirit.
