About Us:
Pastor Jim and Jewell moved to Boulder from Centerville, Iowa to become the pastor of First Bible Baptist Church 1870 Redwood Ave, in August of 1978. He was the third pastor of the church which was started in 1970. Because it was nearly impossible to make the building handicap accessible and many of the church family had moved out of Boulder to the east, the church decided to sell church & property at current location and look for new property. The 1870 Redwood property was sold in October of 2003 northeast Boulder. The church has changed its name to Bible Baptist Church of Erie of 5050 County Line Rd 1 - Erie, CO. Pastor Jim has been a pastor for over 35 years. Pastor and Jewell have presently ministered at Bible Baptist over 27 years and look forward with excitement and anticipation to see what God has in plan for their lives and Bible Baptist Church of Erie.
