To provide for the welfare of animals by providing temporary foster homes and medical care until the animals can be adopted to a permanent and loving home.

To promote/provide for the well being of animals by offering education to the community and to advocate for the improved treatment of animals. ** To promote responsible pet ownership and care by educating the community on the need for spaying or neutering animals and by offering assistance in doing so.

To participate in nationwide and local campaigns/events to increase public awareness of various issues affecting animals.
