Baltimore County Volunteers (BCV) mission is to serve as a clearinghouse linking individuals, non-profits organizations and local government agencies together through volunteering.

BCV help people find places to volunteer in their communities. The center connects people who want to hlep with places or causes that need help.

BCV develops programs to answer needs in the community.  They utilize volunteers to help create, implement and manage programs.
