What kind of people worship at the Alvaton Church of Christ?

We are a diverse group of people, coming from various backgrounds, coming from all parts of the community. Our membership is at different stages of knowledge and spiritual growth. 

We don't know everything. We don't do everything right. We try to treat others as we want to be treated, but sometimes we fail. We are on a journey through an earthly life on our way to a spiritual eternity. 

We are not brought together by any illusion of our perfection or righteousness. We have been brought together by our recognition that we are sinners in need of the cleansing blood of Jesus.

This is the reason we can worship together, stick together and with God's help, accomplish some things that make a difference in this world we live in. 

You won't look far to find our failures, but the bottom line is, you will find people who love Jesus, love God's word and love each other, as we serve the Savior and love the lost.
