Alexandria Area Newcomers is an friendly and fun organization for women new to the area who want to meet new friends and learn more about the community. A fun way to get involved is through the special interest groups. These groups allow people to connect with others who enjoy similar interests. Another way is through newcomers group events. These events are occasional, spontaneous and seasonal. You can also get involved by becoming a board member or group chair. Do you have a good idea for a special interest group? Any member can host and lead a new group or event. Newcomers meeting are the 4th Tuesday of each month.
