Agape Community Health Clinic was established to develop and maintain primary health care in Beaufort, Hyde, Pamlico, and Martin Counties for all residents desiring services and especially for individuals with limited access to medical care.

Agape will provide primary medical care, basic laboratory services, case management, eligibility assistance, and pastoral counseling. We have received special funding that allows us to provide services for a very low co-payment to those who are within poverty guidelines and meet program requirements.
