Virginia Ross Retires After a Decade of Service to Pinal County

On Thursday December 1, the County held a Retirement Party for Virginia Ross, who is leaving Arizona for a new life in Texas.

Virginia was elected as County Recorder in 2012 and spent almost two and a half terms as Recorder, before stepping into the role of Elections Director in August to oversee the Elections Department through the November Election after issues in the primary.

We thank Virginia for her decade of service to Pinal County and wish her well in the Lone Star State.

Doggie Do-Over! Let Us Re-Introduce You to Mick!

Mick was originally featured as a Pinal Pet this summer and is still looking for his forever home. He is a black lab mix and is about 2 years old. Mick is a little shy at first but loves everyone he gets the chance to meet. He loves treats and plays well with other dogs.

Mick can be adopted through the fee-waived 'Bissel Empty the Shelters' event happening now through December 11th.
