June is Pride Month!

Puzzle Swap
Monday, June 5,
6:30pm - 8:00pm

Bring jigsaw puzzles to the Main library until June 1. Items in good condition will be accepted for all age levels.

This exciting event is open to everyone. You do not have to donate to be able to take items from the swap. Items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. No bags will be supplied; please bring something to carry your new items home. The library in no way endorses the quality of the puzzles provided. Swap at your own risk!

Young Explorers
Thursday, June 8,
10:30am - 11:15am

Our monthly Young Explorers program is for children ages 3-5 along with their care-giver. Each session we explore a country, location or a period in time. We will be traveling to our oceans to learn about some weird fish along with interesting sharks. STEAM activity, stories and interesting information about where we are visiting.

Join our Virtual Book Club for a lively discussion of Detransition, baby by Torrey Peters. Discussions are held on Zoom on the second Thursday of every month. Books are available at the Lending Desk, one month prior to each meeting.

Author Visit & Storytime with Adam Pokusa

Join us in Kidspace for a storytime with local author Adam Pokusa.

He will share his first ever published children's book titled Sunday Evening.

Sunday Evening tells the story of Teddy, a third grader, and his weekend adventure. From Friday afternoon after school is dismissed all the way to Sunday night. When the time to return back is approaching and the feelings associated with it. The book is full of colorful illustrations to capture the attention of little ones. With a story many parents can relate to. All children welcome.
