Join us this week at the library!

The library will be closed on Thursday, November 24 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Our building is open tomorrow, Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on both Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All of us at the Waterford Public Library wish you and yours a healthy & happy Thanksgiving!

Wednesday, November 23

2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Join us in the meeting room to play one of our many board games! Play a classic favorite or try a new one with your friends and family.

Recommended for ages 4 and up. No registration is required.

Youth, ages 11 and up, are invited to drop in anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 pm on Friday, November 25, to play with Virtual Reality consoles as well as other video game consoles including PlayStation, Xbox, and

Nintendo Switch. Bring your crew for some friendly competition and relaxation on a day off of school.

At this festive Teen Craft Night you will be able to create a handful of unique ornaments to decorate your home or to give as gifts! 

For youth, ages 12-18. All materials provided. Please register to reserve your spot.

Friday, December 2

4:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Stop by the library before the town Tree Lighting event for some family friendly activities and to make a winter craft to take home.

At 5 p.m., local author, John Lehet, will be reading his new picture book MIlton the Rein-Moose! Copies of the book will be available for purchase. Proceeds will be donated to the library.

No registration required, all ages are invited to take part in the fun before the town's festivities begin on the Jordan Green at 6 p.m.
