Lottery Basket: Scratch Tickets, Powerball or Mega Millions Tickets, a roll of nickels or dimes for scratching, a rabbit's foot for luck

Cigars and Whiskey Basket: A bottle of whiskey, cigars, nice whiskey glasses, lighter, cigar cutter, ashtray

Second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.

We've moved the networking group meetings back to the morning. Attendance at noon was just not up to expectations and we are hopeful that going back to 8:00 a.m. will enable more of our members to take advantage of this resource.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, June 8. Coffee and informal discussions at 7:45 a.m. with the agenda kicking off at 8:00 a.m. and wrapping up by 9:00 a.m

This networking group is facilitated by URCC Board Member Charlie Miller, owner of the Business Solutions Advisory Group.

Jack Interviews Andy Friess from Tri-boro Diamond Sports Academy

This Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. on his show hosted by DoubleACS WARA 1320 am radio, Jack Lank will be interviewing Andy Friess from new member Tri-boro Diamond Sports Academy (DSA). The academy is opening this month, and offers indoor training for softball and baseball for all ages.

DSA has personalized and group instruction, batting tunnel and mound rentals, team facility rentals, camps (including guest national instructors), captain's practices, and much more. DSA is also excited to serve as the indoor training home of Bombers AAU Baseball (ages 9U – 14U), the newest area club softball team, the Jewelry City Diamonds (ages 9 – 14), and other area sports teams.

MassDevelopment Hours Jay is here tomorrow

Jay Pateakos, vice president of Business Development for the South Region of MassDevelopment, continues to hold office hours at the United Regional Chamber office at 310 South Street in Plainville.

Jay is available to provide information and answer questions about how MassDevelopment can help businesses, financial institutions, and municipalities in southeastern Massachusetts.

He has announced his office hours for 2022. Every date is a Wednesday and Jay is here from 10:00 a.m. - noon

Nancy Lowd, Senior Business Advisor at the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC), will be conducting meetings by phone and conference call for the foreseeable future.

Our networking group meets on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 7:45 a.m. ether at member Proctor Mansion Inn, 36 Common Street, in Wrentham or on Zoom (your choice). Only one person from each profession is invited to join this exclusive group that focuses on providing referrals.

Executive Express-O is meeting both in our office and remotely on the first Friday of every month.

MassDevelopment Jay Pateakos, vice president of Business Development for the South Region, is holding office hours every month.

Small Business Advising with the Small Business Administration is available remotely.
