Leisure Facilities August Schedule
Post season swimming at Globe Hollow only: August 15-August 21, Open Swim/Adult Swim: 1:00-6:00 PM.
The Olcott Street Sprayground at 126 Olcott Street, remains open through Labor Day weekend. Daily Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM.
The Senior Center will be closed Aug. 15-26 for Shutdown; Registration for fall Senior classes begins Aug. 29.

Emergency Replacement Program
The Town of Manchester runs a program to assist in situations where a boiler, furnace, water heater, water line or sewer lateral, etc. is beyond repair and is in need of replacement.
Documentation of an inspection by a licensed contractor or CNG red-tag will be needed to prove it is beyond repair and must be replaced.
To qualify, your household must meet specific income eligibility criteria, be up to date with taxes and fees due to the town and be current on mortgage payments.
Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Online Appointments are now mandatory! Collection dates: Aug. 27, Sept. 24, Oct. 29 and Nov. 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Manchester regional center for household hazardous waste collection.
Passports
The Customer Service & Information Center has been designated as a Passport Acceptance Agency by the U.S. Passport Agency, which means that we are authorized to accept and process the applications, before forwarding them to the U.S. Passport Agency for issuance of passports.
