As you may have heard, Waste Management has begun delivery of new waste carts that are to be used for trash collection by Wednesday, March 1. If you have already received your new cart, feel free to begin using it. If you haven't received the cart as of yet, Waste Management will continue deliveries through the end of February. Deliveries are being handled based upon the current trash collection schedule and your neighbor may receive their cart before you do.

Have questions about the new trash carts or your new waste services, access the Town's Waste Collection Frequently Asked Questions page on the Town's website. If you don't find the answer to your questions on this page, utilize the Town's Citizen Response system, JupConnect, to ask it directly to Town and Waste Management staff. JupConnect can be accessed by clicking here or you can download an app to your mobile device through the Google Play or Apple stores.

If you find that you are physically unable to move your new waste cart to the curb, Waste Management has a program that will provide assistance. To find out more about this program or to register, please call the Waste Management helpline at 772-546-7700.
